The Opportunity

Wise Woman Herbals is the established botanical and supplement brand that’s been long preferred by naturopathic physicians and professionals. Before their direct-to-consumer launch in 2021, the brand needed to learn more about their target consumer and rebuild their brand to fit those consumers’ needs and desires.

Tapping into the growing market of natural-oriented consumers proved valuable — the brand could connect with them by offering them naturopathic, down-to-earth products.

The Strategy

To optimize Wise Woman Herbals’ brand foundation, Sawtooth conducted target research and message-testing. This influenced our new creative strategy and campaign, Reclaim Your Wisdom

The campaign was designed to connect with the brand’s core consumer — women seeking a more natural and holistic way to heal, no matter what stage of life they’re in.

The Results

Sawtooth completely redesigned WWH’s brand look and feel, including their website and social feeds, along with a new brand video. The campaign achieved 4.1MM impressions amongst Conscious Women Prospects and exceeded industry benchmarks for Awareness KPIs.

Importantly, our work informed WWH that for consumers to purchase product, they need education. This paved upcoming strategies to further educate the consumer on the product benefit before delivering conversion message.
